Carola Söberg

Carola Söberg currently serves as Head of Education and Coach Educator at Svenska Fotbollförbundet while also holding the position of Assistant Coach for the Sweden WU18/19 teams. Since 2025, Carola has worked as a Technical Expert for FIFA and has been a JIRA Panel Member at UEFA since 2024. Carola's previous roles include Sustainability Manager and Communication at Örebro Sportklubb Fotboll as well as Head Coach and Assistant Coach for various youth teams. Carola has an extensive background as a professional football player with notable achievements at clubs such as Tyresö FF and Umeå IK, including multiple titles in the UEFA Champions League and Damallsvenskan. In addition to practical experience, Carola has completed numerous coaching qualifications, including UEFA licenses and various leadership programs.
