Milou Werth

Milou Werth is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development, project management, and leadership within various sports and corporate settings. Currently serving as Gruppchef Verksamhetsutvecklare at Svenska Fotbollförbundet since April 2020, Milou focuses on strategy formulation and the establishment of project offices. Previous roles include Projekt- och processledare at Riksidrottsförbundet, where Milou managed change and organizational processes, and various positions in communication and project leadership at organizations such as Stockholms Idrottsförbund and Spånga IS FK. Milou also has extensive experience in sales management as the Country Manager for Ferratum Sweden AB.
