Magnus Lannersund

Magnus Lannersund has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Magnus started their career as a Consultant at Proffice, where they were responsible for establishing new customers and signing deals with restaurants. After eight months, they were recruited to Svenska Spel, where they held various positions including Sales Manager, Key Account for Jack Vegas, Sales Coordinator, and Sales & Marketing Director. During this time, they successfully managed a sales organization and took on expanded responsibilities in marketing and revenue for the product Vegas. Magnus later moved on to become the Head of Department for Restaurants and Bingo halls at Svenska Spel, where they were responsible for the department's total operations and development of business strategy. Magnus then transitioned to the role of Business Unit Director for Vegas, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed a team of approximately 40 coworkers. Currently, they are working at Svenska Spel as the Business Unit Director for Vegas and Marketing Director for Casino Cosmopol, leading the marketing communication for both brands. Additionally, Magnus Lannersund briefly worked as an Insurance Representative at Trygg-Hansa and is currently serving as the Acting General Manager for Casino Cosmopol Stockholm.

Magnus Lannersund completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Linköping University from 1994 to 1996. Magnus then pursued an Executive MBA from Stockholm School of Economics from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they attended MiL Institute and completed Svenska Spels Toppledarprogram from 2015 to 2016, focusing on strategy, change, culture development, leadership, and management in Svenska Spel. Magnus also studied marketing at Piperska Skolan, Norrköping in 1992 and 1993.
