Mimmi Cromberger

Mimmi Cromberger is an experienced HR and sustainability strategist with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently employed at Hogia-gruppen since December 2016, Mimmi has taken on responsibilities in HR, employer branding, talent acquisition, and sustainability. Mimmi also serves as the Chair of the Regional Board for Sveriges HR Förening and has held board member positions since February 2019. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at AstraZeneca, HR Specialist at Svenska Spel, Consultant Manager at Proffice Care AB, and other HR and administrative positions. Mimmi holds two master's degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Organization and Leadership/Marketing from Uppsala University and Mid Sweden University.
