Dominika Krygier

Dominika K. is a seasoned senior economist currently serving at Sveriges Riksbank in the Monetary Policy and Financial Stability Departments since February 2019. Dominika has previously held positions as an economist in the Financial Stability Department and as a teaching assistant at Lund University, where a PhD in Economics was attained with a dissertation focusing on systemic risk and financial market volatility, publicly defended in March 2021. Additional experience includes a visiting researcher role at UNSW, an evaluator at the Swedish Higher Education Authority, and internships in financial risk management at the National Bank of Poland. Earlier career roles encompassed risk management at Alfa Laval and financial services at Sony Mobile Communications. Dominika holds both an MSc and BSc in Economics from Lund University and completed high school at ProCivitas.
