Valentin Schubert

Valentin Schubert is a Research Economist at Sveriges riksbank since September 2023, previously serving in various economic roles including Zivildienst at Schweizerisches Wirtschaftsarchiv and scientific internship at BAK BASEL ECONOMICS. Prior experience includes an internship in the Financial Stability Department at Sveriges riksbank and an assistant curator role at the Plakatsammlung Basel museum. Valentin’s educational background includes a PhD in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Science in Economics from the same institution, along with an Erasmus Exchange at Sciences Po and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from the University of Basel.
