Nadia Beregova

Nadia Beregova has a diverse background in public relations and employer branding management. Nadia started their career as a PR Manager at Young & Rubicam in 2005 and worked there until 2009. Nadia then joined Whites Communication as a PR Manager from December 2009 to January 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Nadia worked as a PR Manager at HOSHVA PR. In 2012, they joined ECOMM as a PR Manager and stayed until 2014. Currently, they are employed at Svitla Systems, Inc. where they started as a PR Manager in February 2014 and later became the Employer Brand Manager in September 2017. In their current role, they lead the Employer Branding department and oversees freelance writers and designers. Nadia has developed and implemented an employer brand strategy and created an employer value proposition to showcase the company's offerings. Additionally, they played a key role in the rebranding efforts of Svitla Systems, including the relaunch of the corporate design and the creation of an internal platform for Sales managers. Nadia also plans, organizes, and supervises external events such as conferences, meetups, and webinars.

Nadia Beregova's education history includes various academic pursuits. From 2003 to 2008, they attended the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov' in Kyiv and earned a Master's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Later, in 2007 and 2008, they enrolled at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, where they obtained a Diploma in Public Relations. In 2021, they pursued additional education at Laba, focusing on People Management. Additionally, in the same year, they also studied Employer Branding at Laba.
