Viktoria Bondarenko

Viktoria Bondarenko serves as the Global Recruitment Director at Svitla Systems, Inc., overseeing a global team of 45 recruiters across multiple countries, since July 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Recruitment at Star, where Viktoria managed full cycle recruiting, developed recruitment processes, and mentored a team of 14 recruiters. Viktoria’s career also includes a position as Lead Recruitment Manager at Luxoft, specializing in IT recruitment, and as Chief Sales Manager at Euroinform Co Ltd., where responsibilities included team management and client engagement. Viktoria holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Zaporizhzhya National Technical University.
