Currently serving as a Medical Practice Consultant and Medical Practice Specialist at SVMIC, Gretchen manages business consulting for over 12,000 policyholder physicians, focusing on strategic planning, process efficiency, and compliance training. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Deputy Chief of Quality, Accountability, and Innovation at TennCare, where responsibilities involved implementing quality management systems and leading significant grant initiatives. As CEO and Owner of LifeLinks.Care, a care management practice, Gretchen successfully expanded operations across states and significantly improved patient outcomes.
