Thomas Stearns, FACMPE, possesses a robust background in medical practice management with extensive experience in leadership roles. Stearns served as Vice President of Medical Practice Services at SVMIC from September 1996 until retirement, alongside advisory responsibilities at Preferral from May 2017 to December 2021. Prior roles include Administrator at both the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee and Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance, as well as Territory Sales Manager at Pharmaseal. Stearns began a military career in the U.S. Army as a Captain in the Medical Service Corps. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Presbyterian College and theological training at The University of the South.
