Jennifer Hopkins, MBA has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jennifer began their career at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Document Specialist and later worked as a Real Estate Manager at Factory Card & Party Outlet. Jennifer then advanced to become a Leasing Director at The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., where they handled leasing and new development responsibilities for a significant portfolio of properties. Jennifer then joined GK Development, Inc. as a Leasing Director for new development projects. Following this, Jennifer worked as a Real Estate Professional in their own consultancy before joining NAI Global as a Senior Associate in the Retail Services Group, where they focused on leasing for foreclosed retail centers. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at SVN Chicago Commercial. Jennifer's experience includes working with banks and lenders/servicers, finding opportunities for small local tenants, as well as national tenants in Chicago area strip centers.
Jennifer Hopkins, MBA, has a thorough and diverse education history. Jennifer obtained their MBA degree in Business from North Central College from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio, earning a BA in Political Science. These educational experiences have equipped Jennifer with a strong foundation in both business and political science, providing their with a well-rounded skill set.
