Justin Rihs

Justin Rihs is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with significant experience in retail leasing. Currently serving as the Director of Retail at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors since September 2025, Justin previously worked as a Corporate Leasing Representative at U-Haul International, Inc., where notable accomplishments included receiving the Co-Star Power Broker Award for Fiscal Year 2023 and the 1st Quarter of 2025 and managing a portfolio that contributed to an increase in lease revenue from under $24M in 2022 to over $30M in 2024. With prior roles at Whitestone REIT, De Rito Partners, and Borg Property Services LLC, Justin has cultivated expertise in tenant leasing and business development. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Arizona and is pursuing a Certificate in Project Management.
