Previously, Gregory held the position of Deputy Managing Director for the County of Hawaii, directly reporting to the Mayor and managing county departments on the West side of the island. Additionally, Gregory was a Group Manager for AMFAC Liberty House, overseeing over 120 employees and achieving annual sales exceeding $6 million. Education includes attendance at North Hennepin Community College from 1970 to 1971.
