Jess Lawhead

Jess Lawhead, CCIM, possesses extensive experience in commercial real estate and business advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Director at SVN | Northern Commercial since January 2017, Jess specializes in investment sales, office and industrial real estate, redevelopment opportunities, leasing, and new broker recruitment. Additionally, since September 2020, Jess has been a Business Advisor with Transworld Business Advisors of Indiana, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business brokerage, and franchise opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as an Advisor with Sperry Van Ness/Martin Commercial Group and as a Real Estate Agent at SVN | Northern Commercial. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Master's in Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from the University of Indianapolis, complemented by participation in the Hamilton County Leadership Academy from 2016 to 2017.
