Prior to that, Wayne was the Managing Partner at Burgdorf Realty Group, LP, a diversified brokerage firm, from 2003 to August 2014, and served as a Partner at Hanes, Jorgensen & Burgdorf, Ltd., focusing on real estate appraisals from 1989 to 2003. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned between 1977 and 1981.
