Andre Slotboom

Andre Slotboom has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Docent, Mentor, and Trainer at SVO vakopleiding food since August 2009, where responsibilities include providing practical training for MBO students in the Generation Food program and butcher-related vocational pathways. Prior to this role, Andre held various positions at C1000 from January 1995 to August 2009, including Filiaalmanager, Chef Slager, and Slager. Andre began a career in the butchery field as a Slager in opleiding at Vleesbedrijf Bolscher BV from June 1992 to August 1995. Educational qualifications include a Kok degree and Beroeps- en Volwassenen educatie from Windesheim, alongside a Slager degree from Slagersvakonderwijs, and a Laborant degree from Middelbaar Laboratoriumonderwijs.
