Mitul Shah

Mr. Shah manages the Management Company, Tax and Corporate Operations Teams of the firm. He is responsible for global tax compliance and structuring for the funds, investments and management company.

From 2004 to 2007, he was an associate in the tax group of Troutman Sanders, LLP and its predecessor Jenkens & Gilchrist. Mr. Shah received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation Cum Laude from Northwestern University School of Law, both in 2004. He also received his Masters of Accounting with a focus in taxation and Bachelors of Business from the University of Texas at Austin School of Business both in 2001. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, is admitted to practice law in New York, and is Authorized House Counsel in Connecticut.
