Ken Sotoodeh

Ken Sotoodeh is an accomplished Sr. Process Engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently employed at SVTC since 2011, where responsibilities include process sustaining and development, yield enhancement, and production training. Ken has held key roles at International SEMATECH and Motorola Semiconductor, specializing in dry etching and wet clean/strip operations, including various etching processes such as Spacer etch and ARC etch. Ken's career began at National Semiconductor, where significant contributions as a Staff Process Engineer and Sr. Etch Process Engineer were made. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
