Sophie Ruth

Sophie Ruth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources. Currently serving as CEO and Interim CEO at Swace Digital AB, a creative digital agency in Stockholm and Uppsala since February 2017, Sophie has previously held the position of Consultant Manager within the same company. Prior to this role, Sophie worked at Academic Work from April 2011 to January 2017 as a Consultant Manager in the Business Area IT, focusing on recruitment and client relationships, and as a Candidate Coordinator, where responsibilities included networking with candidates and enhancing employer branding. Sophie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Lund University, obtained in 2010.
