Aarti Pandya

Aarti Pandya possesses extensive experience in donor engagement and international partnerships within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving at Swades Foundation since July 2023, Aarti manages funding partnerships while fostering strong relationships with key donors and maintaining transparency through regular communications and routine reporting. Previously, Aarti held the position of Assistant Manager at Magic Bus India Foundation from May 2016 to March 2022, overseeing large-scale programs, event organization, impact assessment, and team mentorship, all supported by international donors with a multi-crore portfolio. Aarti's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Mental Health Counseling from SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce, as well as a certification in Martial Counseling from the Cancer Patient Aid Association.
