Neha Sinha

Neha Sinha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, management, and financial inclusion. Currently serving as a Consultant at Swadhaar FinAccess since August 2024, Neha focuses on financial and digital inclusion, gender issues, and human-centered solutions. Previously, Neha held roles as Deputy Director and Associate Fellow at both Artha Global and IDFC Institute, contributing to the establishment of research initiatives in access to justice. Neha began the career as an Analyst at JPMorgan Chase and worked as an Economist at major commodity exchanges in India. Neha's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics and a Bachelor's degree from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
