Michael Zadel possesses over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Support - Americas at Swagelok since September 2013, Michael holds multiple directorships including Corporate Quality and Safety and Manufacturing Strategies & Continuous Improvement. Prior to this, Michael was a Business Owner at Inspection Tech. and held significant positions at Babcock & Wilcox, where responsibilities included managing $200+ million projects and developing engineering teams. Michael earned an MBA from Cleveland State University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton.
