Nancy Novak has experience in managing IT support delivery, asset management, and procurement for various companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tata Consultancy Services, and Swagelok. Nancy has successfully streamlined processes, improved team performance, and identified areas for re-engineering to enhance efficiency in providing technology services. With a Master's Degree in Education from John Carroll University, Nancy has also managed technology training services for K-12 teachers in Northeast Ohio.
