Wayne Douglas

Wayne Douglas has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Supplier Development Engineering Manager for Raw Materials and Manager of the Solon Technology Center at Swagelok since October 2018. Prior to this role, Wayne held multiple positions at Baker Hughes, a GE company, and GE Oil & Gas, where responsibilities included Engineering Team Lead and Engineering Manager positions focused on product development, processes, and tools. Wayne's career began at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and included experience as an Engineer at Delphi Automotive Systems. Wayne holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
