Mark Randell has a diverse work experience in the commercial and business development field. Mark started their career in 2001 as a Buyer at McBride, where they handled general purchasing duties and negotiated better prices and delivery dates with suppliers. Mark then became a Commercial Manager, responsible for negotiating purchasing prices for raw materials and packaging, and producing costings for quotation purposes. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Sales/Key Account Manager, managing contract sales customers and meeting yearly budget targets.

In 2008, Mark joined kdc/one, Swallowfield as a Contract Sales Manager, where they managed key customer accounts, controlled sales and volume, and maximized profitability. Mark also identified new business opportunities and managed projects from initial discussions to delivery. Mark later advanced to the role of Commercial and Business Development Director, where they continued to contribute to the company's growth and success. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Commercial and Business Development Director.

In 2012, Mark briefly worked as a Senior Account Manager at Swallowfield Plc before joining kdc/one, Swallowfield. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong negotiation skills, budget management, and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

Mark Randell attended the University of Portsmouth from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a 2:1 degree in Resource Management.
