(Hons) Nursing from Calcutta University, West Bengal. In her three decades of experience in the nursing discipline, she has worked in various capacities including Professor & Dean at Manipal College of Nursing, Manipal University, Bangalore. She is a life member of the Society of Midwives, India, Trained Nurses Association of India & Indian Journal of Nursing and Midwifery.
