Asambhava Shubha is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in youth engagement, advocacy, and strategy. Currently serving as an Architect for Youth Engagement & Advocacy with the Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement since February 2025, Asambhava is also the Founder and Curator of Zaikaana, a platform focused on conversations and flavors, since April 2019. Previous roles include Deputy Director at KISS - Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences and Phule Ambedkar Fellow at Indus Action, where strategic collaboration with government agencies was a key focus. Asambhava has a history of experience at Deloitte, where responsibilities ranged from strategy and experience design to media relations, data analysis, and content creation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from KIIT University and a Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University, supplemented by significant involvement in student services and public relations during earlier academic years.

Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM) is a development organisation engaged in building a new civil society in India through its grassroots to policy level action in Health, Education, Socio economic Empowerment and Training & Research sectors since 1984. SVYM has its headquarters in Mysuru district of Karnataka state in Southern India. Acting as a key promoter-facilitator in the community’s efforts towards self-reliance and empowerment, SVYM is developing local, innovative and cost-effective solutions to sustain community-driven progress. SVYM believes that building human and social capital will result in economic consequences and all of SVYM’s programs are driven by this development paradigm.
