Kristen (Delia) Smith

Kristen (Delia) Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Kristen started their career as a Communications Intern at Ford Motor Company in 2011, where they successfully created a content marketing strategy and generated metrics for social media campaigns. Kristen then joined MOJO AD as an Account Executive in 2012. In this role, they gained experience in managing client accounts and successfully executing projects.

In 2013, Kristen joined BJC HealthCare as a Marketing & Communications Sr. Coordinator. Kristen quickly progressed to the role of Marketing & Communications Supervisor in 2015 and then became the Marketing & Communications Manager in 2018. At BJC HealthCare, Kristen led the creation of a department dashboard to measure results and align them with organizational objectives. Kristen achieved significant improvements in key performance indicators, such as a 5x increase in unique website visitors and a 7x increase in physician referral calls. Kristen also implemented successful marketing campaigns, including one in 2017 to increase OB/GYN services at specific locations.

Currently, Kristen is working at Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. as the Senior Marketing Manager. Kristen assumed this role in July 2021, following their previous position as the Marketing Manager, a role they held since July 2018.

Kristen (Delia) Smith pursued their education in a systematic manner, with their most recent academic venture being a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University, which they pursued from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a bachelor's degree in journalism with a specialization in Strategic Communication. Additionally, Kristen also attended the Missouri School of Journalism, where they obtained another bachelor's degree in journalism, although the specific time period of their attendance remains unknown.
