Currently serving as the National Account Manager at Swann Communications since 2018, Steven focuses on closing new business and expanding existing accounts across the Americas, collaborating with major retailers such as Lowe's, Home Depot, and Walmart. Previously, as a Product Marketer at Swann Communications, Steven supported the North American sales team in pricing strategies and profitability analysis. Prior roles include Operations Manager, where logistics and training were key responsibilities, and Supply Chain Analyst at KaVo Kerr. Steven began a career as an Account Executive at Universal Cargo Management, Inc. Steven holds a B.S. in Global Business Administration from the University of Redlands and studied abroad through IES Abroad.
