Jacob Wedmore

Jacob Wedmore is currently serving as an Honorary Assistant Psychologist at Swansea Bay University Health Board within the Integrated Autism Service, starting in May 2024. Concurrently, Jacob works as a Support Worker for the Accomplish Group, assisting individuals with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, or mental health needs. Jacob also holds the position of Clinical Practitioner at Mental Health Innovations, providing crisis support through the digital service Shout 85258. In addition, Jacob works as a Youth Activity Worker for Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, focusing on organizing and facilitating activities for young people. Previously, Jacob gained experience as a Psychology Intern with the Adult Forensic Community Team. Jacob's educational background includes a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health anticipated from Swansea University in September 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Swansea University, completed in 2023. Prior education includes A Levels in English Language, Sociology, and Psychology.
