Nicola O'Sullivan

Nicola O'Sullivan is the Head of Engagement at Swansea Bay University Health Board since July 2021, previously serving as Head of Partnerships and Engagement. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Engagement and Head of Public and Patient Engagement at Hywel Dda University Health Board, where a focus on effective engagement and consultation for service review and redesign was paramount. Past positions span from PPE Co-ordinator at Carmarthenshire Local Health Board to Community Regeneration Officer at City & County of Swansea. Nicola O'Sullivan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Management from Swansea University and a BSc Econ in Sociology and Social Policy from Cardiff University.
