Mugilan Subramaniam started their work experience in 2018 as an Operation Executive at Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd. Mugilan then moved on to ON Semiconductor where they worked as a Device Engineer and Business Analyst from August 2018 to September 2021. In 2021, Mugilan joined WHIP Mobility as a Business Analyst and worked there until May 2023. Currently, they are working at Swap Asia as a Business Analyst starting from May 2023.
Mugilan Subramaniam completed their education at Middlesex University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's degree in Sports and Exercise. Prior to that, they attended Universiti Tenaga Nasional from 2010 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their degrees, Mugilan Subramanian has also obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2022, and as a Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner from the same institution in April 2023.
