Rajivan Baskerin

Vice President, Regional Operations ASIA at Swap Asia

Rajivan Baskerin has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles in the logistics and supply chain industry. Rajivan is currently serving as the Vice President of Regional Operations for Swap Asia, where they provide leadership, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations across the region. Prior to this, they worked at Brightstar Corp. as the Regional Director of Operations for Asia and later as the Regional Operations Manager for APAC & MEA. In these roles, they were responsible for managing supply chain optimization services and providing subject matter expertise on new businesses and process improvement opportunities. Before joining Brightstar Corp., Rajivan worked at CEVA Logistics, where they held positions such as Sector General Manager, Contract Manager, Operations Manager, and Inventory Manager. These roles involved managing operations, enhancing efficiency, and implementing SOP systems and procedures. Rajivan began their career at TNT Logistics as a Shipping & Planning Executive and later became a Shipping Coordinator, where they managed export operations and ensured timely execution of orders. Throughout their career, Rajivan Baskerin has gained expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and ensuring high-performance logistics services.

Rajivan Baskerin completed their Diploma in Business Administration (ABE) with a focus on Business Administration from Binary University College of Management and Entrepreneurship, during the years 1995 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a degree in Business Administration (BBALM) specializing in Logistics Management from Paramount University of Technology, USA, from 2009 to 2010.
