Heather Weston

Heather Weston is a co-founder of Move Indigo, which facilitates relocations to communities where individuals can actively engage in civic matters. As the Director of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer at Hats & Ladders, Heather focuses on enhancing career readiness for youth using innovative tools and support. Previously, Heather served as a consultant for various mission-driven organizations and as Chief Operating Officer at Case Commons, Inc., where significant advancements in child welfare software were achieved. Heather's extensive experience includes consulting at New York University's Wagner Graduate School, leadership development at the Council for Excellence in Government, and other roles in education and nonprofit sectors. Heather holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University.
