Adrian Preda

Adrian Preda has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2010, they founded and administered Get Together Events, organizing and managing large social gatherings for students. In 2015, they joined Amazon as an Area Operations Manager, overseeing teams in multiple fulfillment centers and contributing to the launch of new robotics centers. In 2018, they became a Program Manager at Amazon, leading efficiency improvement programs and collaborating with various teams for product releases. From 2020 to 2021, Adrian worked as the Head of Operations at THG, leading a team in a fast-paced fulfillment center. Adrian then transitioned to being the Multi-Site Leader and later the Head of Operations Development, providing strategic leadership and managing a large team. Currently, since 2023, Adrian is the Vice President of Operations at Swappie, where they are responsible for the repair and fulfillment teams across multiple countries.

Adrian Preda received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management from Alliance Manchester Business School in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma de Bacalaureat in Mathematics from Al. I. Cuza National College Romania in 2012. Adrian also holds additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt Certifications from The Knowledge Academy, IOSH Managing Safely from IOSH, and Lean Six Sigma Foundations from the Project Management Institute.
