Lari Laukia

Lari Laukia has a diverse work experience. They are currently serving as the Head of Central Operations and have held the role of Business Acceleration at Swappie since June 2022. Prior to that, Lari was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from October 2017 to June 2022. They also worked as a Researcher at ETLA, researching the development of digital platforms from May 2017 to January 2018. Lari has previous experience as a Trainee at Neste, a Global Intern at McKinsey & Company, and a Pricing Trainee at CGI. They have also held various leadership roles at organizations such as Prodeko, Guild of Industrial Engineering and Management, ESTIEM Helsinki, and aTalent Recruiting. Additionally, Lari worked as a Research Assistant at Aalto University School of Science and Technology.

Lari Laukia completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University from 2011 to 2017. In 2015, they also participated in a Master's exchange program at HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, studying Economics. Prior to their university studies, Lari Laukia attended Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu (SYK), where they completed their Upper Secondary School education from 2007 to 2010.
