Laura Neva

Laura Neva has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Laura currently holds the position of HR Regional Lead, Finland at Swappie since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Swappie from October 2021 to April 2022, and as an HR Business Partner from April 2021 to October 2021. Before joining Swappie, Laura worked at ManpowerGroup from March 2017 to January 2020, where they held the roles of HR and Recruitment Consultant and Consultant Manager/Team Lead. Laura also worked at MPS Enterprises Ltd as a Service Coordinator, Recruitment Consulting from April 2016 to March 2017, and at ABB as an HRM Master's Thesis Worker & HR Assistant and HR Trainee from September 2015 to March 2016 and February 2015 to August 2015, respectively. Additionally, Laura has prior experience working at SOK as an eCommerce Service Advisor from May 2013 to January 2014, at Stockmann as a Seasonal Cashier from April 2012 to April 2013, at Somena Oy as a Product Consultant from February 2012 to March 2013, and again at SOK as a Category Assistant from May 2012 to August 2012.

Laura Neva completed their education at three different institutions. Laura obtained a Master's Degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the University of Vaasa, which they attended from 2011 to 2016. In 2014, they briefly studied at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Etelä-Tapiola High School, where they obtained a Matriculation examination qualification between 2008 and 2011.
