Nina Laitakari

Nina Laitakari has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nina most recently worked at Swappie as a Talent Acquisition Lead, Tech, where they were responsible for tech recruitment and played a key role in developing the overall talent acquisition function. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Partner, Tech at Swappie, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes in engineering and product roles. Nina also has experience at Experis as a Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for delivering technical talent to IT assignments and managing subcontractor networks. Nina started their career at Seppälä, where they worked as an Assistant Store Manager and Sales Advisor. Additionally, Nina worked as an Educator at Valmennustiimi Eximia Oy, where they conducted training courses for students applying to study social psychology. Nina also has experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Stockmann.

Nina Laitakari completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki in 2013. Nina then pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the same university, which they completed in 2016.
