Nuha Fares is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience across various sectors. As the Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer at ProGen Consultancy since March 2025, Nuha leads initiatives to empower organizations and individuals. Holding the position of Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Talent Search Group since March 2019, Nuha is responsible for developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy while managing the entire recruitment process. Previous roles include Recruitment Project Manager at D Media Advertising, overseeing recruitment processes for major projects in Egypt, and Head of People and Culture at EasyCash, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented. Nuha's career also encompasses roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at ALSAFY GROUP, Regional HR Advisor at Natcom Egypt, and various HR positions at other organizations. Nuha holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Canadian Academy for Sciences & Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Ain Shams University, and a certification in Human Resources Management from Cairo University.
