Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Zoho HRIS, Zoho Recruit, and other HR software tools, with a proven track record of success in managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates using Zoho Recruit
  • Oversee employee engagement activities, including onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using Zoho HRIS
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support company goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a web and mobile app development company
  • Experience in using Zoho HRIS, Zoho Recruit, and other HR software tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
