Petra Steinlechner

Petra Steinlechner, MSc, currently serves as HR Manager at SWARCO since September 2022, focusing on various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including health management, retention, benefits and compensation, employer branding, and talent management. Prior to this, Petra held the position of HR Manager at ATP architekten ingenieure from April 2022 to September 2022 and worked at Hypo Tirol Bank AG in personalwesen from July 2000 to April 2022. Petra holds a Master of Science in Personalmanagement, Führung und Organisation from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, completed in July 2022, and a Matura in Marketing und internationale Geschäftstätigkeit from Bundeshandelsakademie, along with a Personalverrechnerprüfung from WIFI.
