Pia Besmonte

Pia Besmonte is currently working as the Head of Marketing and Community at Swarm, where she is responsible for building a vibrant tech professional community and leading various initiatives through events, social media, branding, product marketing, and community development. Prior to this role, Pia also worked as the Head of Communications and Community at Tayo and as an Operations Coordinator. Pia has a background in literature education from both Barnard College and the Philippine Normal University.
