Ramesh Thumu

Ramesh Thumu has extensive experience in the real estate, IT services, and retail industries. Ramesh has held various positions since 2008, beginning with a role as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager for various companies. In 2003, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Thoughtwave Software and Solutions, a Tier-1 service provider. In 2016, they joined Golden Angels Investors as a Member and also founded Swarm HR, a cloud-based workforce automation HR, Accounting, CRM, and ATS software. In 2018, they founded XenWork Inc, and in 2020 they became Joint Secretary of ITServe Alliance, a non-profit association of IT services, staffing, and consulting organizations. Ramesh also held the position of Joint Treasurer of ITServe Alliance from 2018-2020 and IT Serve Chicago Chapter President from 2016-2018. Lastly, they were a consultant for Kohl's Department Stores from 2009-2012 and Loyaltytech in 2008.

Ramesh Thumu completed their Bachelors in Production Engineering from Osmania University in 1995. Ramesh then went on to pursue a Masters in Computer Science from Bradley University, which they completed in 1998.
