Global Esports Operations Director at Swarmio Media

Lucas Gatta has extensive work experience in the esports industry. Lucas started their career as a New Business and Operations Manager at CF: CONSULTING AND MARKETING PROJECTS in 2014, where they focused on market research, business plan development, and managing esports-related projects.

In 2015, Lucas took on the role of Marketing Operations Manager at INTZ, where they oversaw the social media content strategy for different team lineups, managed media days and video production, and handled influencer and press relations. Lucas also organized marketing actions with partner brands such as Brasil Game Show-BGS/NVIDIA.

Later in 2015, Lucas joined Vivo Keyd as the Marketing Operations Director. In this role, they developed and managed marketing strategies for content, in-house projects, and commercial partners' projects. Lucas also planned and executed fan engagement events and implemented a rebranding of the team's logo and social media presence.

In 2016, Lucas worked as the Operations and Marketing Manager at Liga Brasileira de Esportes Eletronicos, where they focused on managing operations and marketing initiatives. Lucas then joined ESL - Turtle Entertainment as a Business Development professional, responsible for driving business growth.

Most recently, Lucas has been involved with Swarmio Media. Lucas started as the Regional Manager - Brazil in 2018, overseeing operations in the country. In 2020, they became the Global Manager, Gaming & Esports, responsible for managing gaming and esports initiatives on a global scale. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Esports Operations, where they continue to contribute their expertise in esports management.

Lucas Gatta attended Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Marketing.
