Aleksandra Hofman is a seasoned sourcing professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Sourcing Manager at Swarovski since November 2019. In this role, Aleksandra leads cross-functional procurement initiatives and drives supplier relationship management to align with global sourcing strategies. Prior to Swarovski, Aleksandra held various positions, including Sourcing Manager for the marketing category and Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist at Amazon Development Center, where significant process improvements were achieved.
