Alessandra Colombo serves as the HR Head for the Cluster Italy & Iberica at SWAROVSKI since September 2021 and holds a concurrent position at Nokia as the HR Head for Cluster MED and HR Business Partner for Global Customer Business Teams Vodafone and Telefonica since April 2017. With extensive experience in human resources, Alessandra has held various leadership roles, including Head of Human Resources for South Europe at NSN Italy and Lead HR Consultant for Services in Europe at Nokia Siemens Networks. A strong strategic partner, Alessandra excels in translating business objectives into HR processes and driving HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Educational qualifications include studies at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a diploma from liceo scientifico majorana.
