Desireé Montes

Desireé Montes serves as the Global Head of Channel and Functional Controlling at SWAROVSKI since February 2022, overseeing commercial controlling on a global scale. Prior to this role, Desireé held various positions at Pernod Ricard from December 2016 to January 2022, including Senior Controller of Performance Reporting and Analysis, where assistance in digital transformation initiatives took place. Desireé’s earlier experience includes significant roles at Treasury Wine Estates, where leadership in commercial finance analysis occurred, and positions at CAF, Amgen, Vodafone, Cervecería Polar, and Procter & Gamble, each contributing to financial planning, analysis, and management across diverse industries. Educational background consists of a Full-Time MBA from Esade and a degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
