Ginna Donelli is currently a Trainer for Spain and Portugal at Swarovski, where they have executed training programs and developed retail teams since 2014. With over 25 years of experience in leading multinational companies, Ginna has a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales objectives and enhancing team dynamics. Previously, they served as a store director at Pronovias, where they led their store to become a world leader and were instrumental in onboarding and training new staff. Ginna also has experience in retail management from their time with Inditex at Zara. They hold a coaching certification in retail management from Luxe Talent.
