Makiko Poupard

Makiko Poupard is a seasoned jewelry designer with extensive experience at SWAROVSKI, where current roles include Director of the studio Timeless, responsible for leading international design teams to create timeless jewelry collections, and Director of Regional Collections and Specialties, overseeing designs for specific markets in Asia. Prior to these roles, Makiko managed the development of customizable jewelry and North American collections. Earlier in the career at D.Swarovski & co., contributions included leading creative teams and designing exclusive collections for high-profile retailers. Makiko holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jewelry and Light Metal Smithing from the Rhode Island School of Design, complemented by studies in French Literature at Hamilton College.
