Silvia Schmucker has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of digital commerce and marketing. Silvia currently holds the position of VP, Head of Digital Commerce at SWAROVSKI since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked for SWAROVSKI as the Director eCommerce Performance Marketing, Campaign Management and UX from May 2020 to April 2022, and as the Head of Global Performance Marketing from March 2018 to April 2020.

Before joining SWAROVSKI, Silvia worked at eBay Marketplaces as the Consumer Integrated Marketing Lead for Fashion & Retail Campaigns in Germany from October 2014 to February 2017, and as the Brand & Strategic Marketing Manager for Europe from April 2012 to October 2014.

Silvia also served as the Head of Online Marketing at Charles Vögele Trading AG from 2011 to 2012, and as the E-Commerce Marketing Manager at Hugo Boss from 2008 to 2011.

Silvia's earlier professional experiences include roles as the Marketing & E-Commerce Lead at Beauty & Pearls from 2007 to 2008, and as the International E-Commerce Manager at Quelle GmbH from 2003 to 2007.

Silvia Schmucker completed the Swarovski Leadership Program (Driving Performance) at Hult Ashridge in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm from 2000 to 2005. Silvia also had a brief academic experience at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2002. In 2023, Silvia obtained a certification in Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times from INSEAD.
